This was made to demonstrate some of the capabilities of a 3-axis CNC machine.

The majority of the suspension and frame were machined on a Laguna 3-Axis CNC on .25” aluminium.

Shown here are some of the details that have gone into making this 3D movable part from largely flat machined pieces.

You can see on the back of the disks are near hex shaped holes so the screws can be placed in without needing a wrench on the back to screw them into place

Seemingly unknown, there are quite a few pieces that go inside of the flat .25” aluminium parts.
